1.. General Terms
By reserving/booking and using Mogul Limo transportation services (“Company,” “we,” “us”), the client (“Customer,” “you”) agrees to these Terms & Conditions and Policies. These terms apply to all services unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
2. Reservations & Bookings
All reservations are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.
Reservations can only be made by making a payment which may be a 50% deposit up front which does not need to be a credit card payment.
A valid payment method is required to initiate a reservation through the online scheduling system (Acuity). Due to the intricacies of the Acuity platform, the calendar availability displayed online may not reflect the actual availability. Please inquire about your proposed dates and times before using our online reservation and payment portal.
Accurate booking details must be provided, including pickup location, time, number of passengers, and itinerary.
Mogul Limo reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for safety, legal, or policy-related reasons.
3. Rates & Charges
Rates are based on vehicle type, service duration, distance, and date.
Minimum booking hours may apply.
Additional charges may include:
Overtime
Waiting time
Parking fees
Tolls
Fuel surcharges
Gratuity (if applicable)
Cleaning or damage fees
Prices may change without notice; confirmed reservations retain agreed pricing.
4. Payment Policy
Payment is required in advance or prior to service.
Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards as well as Interac e-Transfer.
Any additional charges incurred during service will be charged to the payment method on file.
Confirmed payment via the Acuity scheduling portal does not equal confirmed reservation (See #2 Reservations & Bookings for more)
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made within the cancellation period provided at the time of booking (up until 24 hours prior to pickup)
Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged partially or in full.
Special events, holidays, concerts, promotional pricing and or peak dates may be non-refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original form of payment.
6. Waiting Time Policy & No Shows
Complimentary waiting time may be included depending on service type (e.g., airport transfers).
Additional waiting time is billed at the applicable hourly rate.
Mogul Limo is not responsible for delays caused by the Customer, airlines, traffic, weather, or third parties
Customers are considered a No Show if no contact is made 1 hour after original pickup time
7. Passenger Conduct
All passengers must behave in a safe, respectful, and lawful manner.
The following are strictly prohibited:
Smoking of any kind
Illegal drugs or substances
Standing through sunroofs or interfering with the driver
Mogul Limo reserves the right to terminate service immediately, without refund, if passenger conduct poses a safety risk or violates laws or Company policies.
The Customer is financially responsible for all passengers in their party.
8. Vehicle Capacity & Safety
Passenger count must not exceed the manufacturer’s rated seating capacity.
Seatbelt use is required where installed, in accordance with Alberta law.
Children must be properly restrained in accordance with Alberta child safety seat regulations.
Mogul Limo is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.
9. Alcohol Policy (Alberta)
Alcohol consumption is permitted only in accordance with Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC) regulations.
All passengers consuming alcohol must be 18 years of age or older.
Proof of age may be required.
Alcohol must not be brought outside the vehicle or consumed where prohibited by law.
Mogul Limo assumes no liability for alcohol consumption by passengers.
10. Cleaning & Damage Policy
Excessive mess, spills, vomit, burns, stains, or damage will result in cleaning and/or repair fees.
Cleaning fees may range depending on severity and vehicle downtime with fees starting at $300 per occurrence.
Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be billed at full repair cost.
11. Delays, Breakdowns & Force Majeure
Mogul Limo is not liable for delays caused by traffic congestion, road conditions, weather, accidents, construction, mechanical failure, or events beyond our control.
In the event of a mechanical breakdown, a replacement vehicle will be provided where reasonably possible.
No refunds are guaranteed for delays outside the Company’s control.
12. Lost & Found
Mogul Limo is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.
Items found will be held for a limited period.
Return of items are subject to return fees starting at $60
13. Liability Limitation
Mogul Limo's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.
The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Customers release the Company from claims arising from passenger misconduct or violation of laws.
14. Privacy Policy
Personal information is collected solely for booking, billing, and service delivery.
Information will not be sold or shared except as required by law.
Reasonable safeguards are in place to protect customer data in compliance with Alberta and Canadian privacy laws.
15. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
